peptual peptides: an independent personal research archive
I keep this site by myself, as a laboratory notebook of sorts: a place where the phrases people actually search for are explained plainly, and where the public discussion around them is organised instead of aggrandised.
The filing rule has three layers. Community claims are recorded as claims. Public documents are described as documents. Published literature is described as literature. The layers never borrow authority from each other, and where the public record splits, the split is shown rather than rounded off into a conclusion.
The core entry
Everything this archive has compiled sits under one index. The core entry explains what the name peptual peptides refers to in public discussion, how the three filing layers work, and what an archive of this kind can and cannot establish.
